Poker Face by Lady Gaga
Country Version:
This is a Poker Face song in country version, which I find it very cool. I love how the beats give off a country style and how they change a pop song into country. I also love the vocal singer sometimes sing like a conversation or change her singing style in some part. It somehow made me imagine a cowboy town and they're playing poker. In this version, there are vocal singers and contain guitar, cello, and drum.
Orchestral Version:
This Poker Face song is in orchestra version. When I listen closely, it sort of gives out a Christmas feeling with all the bells. I love how they begin with a quiet sound then get louder all of sudden and how they made dynamics very well. I also love how the instruments are like voices from high to low. The beat are also faster it sounded very cheerful. In this version, there are no vocal singer, but contains violin, flute, drum, bell, horn, saxophone, cello, and many different other.
Compare and Contrast:
Between this two song, the beats are the same, 4/4, but they have different form. The country version have vocals singer while the orchestra do not have any. However, orchestra have more instruments than the country. The dynamics are also different, the orchestra have more dynamics than the country. There are only a few similarities between them and that is the tone are cheerful and has fast tempo in both versions.
